Announced

As of today, both of our immediate families know about the pregnancy.
I hate making announcements.
I always want to do something clever, but never end up doing it.
I also hate being center of attention.

We told Colby's family when they visited for Maddie's bday.
We told the last of my family when they were here for the wedding.

I'm glad not to hide it anymore though.

We haven't 'officially' told Peyton yet.
We've talked about it in front of her, but never quite said anything yet.
I'm hesitant too, because one, she'll tell everyone. And two, the longer I wait, the less questions I have to answer. lol.
I don't want to listen to "Mom, when is the baby coming?" for the next 6 months!

I haven't really told anyone else.
Though I have an idea to 'reveal' it on Friday at a adult Halloween party we are attending.
We'll see.

10/24 Appt.

I had another appt today.
Still weighed in at 106.
It was a pretty basic check up.

Nothing much to report really.
I'm now just past 12 weeks so hopefully I'll start feeling better.

Update

So how I am feeling in the midst of the 1st trimester??
pretty yucky.
I'm tired. Like, super tired.
I'm nauseous.
All. the. time.
I'm light-headed and have zero motivation.
Which I hate.

I've never been one to throw up a lot, but I just feel like crap most of the time.
I have found a couple tricks that help, but everyday is something new.
My Dr. told me to take Unisom at night and it can help curb the sickness.
It has actually helped quite a bit.

I have to be really good about drinking and eating or I just feel worse.
But sometimes its hard when there is just nothing that sounds appetizing.
I've been craving more salty foods rather than sweet, which is a new thing for me.
I normally love chocolate!!!!

I've been so busy lately with church, school, sisters wedding, etc. that its only making things worse.
I hope things slow down soon, and that I feel better soon.
Its tough to be as active with the kids as I normally am.
I think thats the hardest part.
I'm so used to being able to play with them, do crafts and activities, etc.
And lately I just feel too sick to.
I feel bad, but hopefully it won't last much longer.
Sorry girls, I do love ya.
